These terms are the agreement between you and the QuizBall team ("we", "us") for use of the QuizBall app and website. By creating an account or playing as a guest, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use QuizBall.
You must be at least 13 years old. If the law where you live sets a higher age for agreeing to online services on your own, you must meet that age instead.
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us at support@quizbol.futbol if you think someone else is using it. One person, one account — do not create additional accounts to farm referrals, inflate a leaderboard position, or evade a ban.
QuizBall is a competitive game, so these are not decorative rules. You must not:
Scores are calculated on our servers, not in the app, and results that did not come from real play can be removed at any time.
If another player's name or behaviour breaks these rules, email support@quizbol.futbol with their username. We review reports and may edit or reset an offending name, remove content, suspend an account, or ban it permanently. We may act without notice where the breach is serious.
Questions, artwork, layout and the QuizBall name belong to us. Club crests, competition logos, player names and player photographs belong to their respective owners and are used inside the games for identification and editorial purposes only. QuizBall is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any club, league, federation or player.
We try hard to make every question factually correct and verify facts against multiple sources, but we do not guarantee that every question or answer is accurate. Tell us when one is wrong and we will fix it.
QuizBall is provided free of charge. We may add, change, pause or remove features, games and competitions at any time, and we may take the service down for maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. That is permanent — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what is erased. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms.
QuizBall is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost progress, ranks or badges, or for anything caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
We will update the date at the top of this page when these terms change, and we will tell you in the app when the change is significant. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
